I really do enjoy living here at Townhomes at 28th. It's quiet , nice location by the school and well kept.

I have had nothing but good things to say about homes @28th it it’s reasonable all the way around and the ladies are just amazing to work with a real professionalism about them that makes me feel comfortable here even the maintenance guys are amazing you can’t ask for more

Best up and coming community in the city. Ample yard space for kids to play, animals can stretch their legs. Best property manager in the area she's very attentive and compassionate. The renovations here are beautiful!
